And on tv this evening…

13 February 2007

Over on the CNN web site, the advertisment for Paula Zahn Now reads:

Monday’s show

Discrimination – against atheists? Backlash from one of the most controversial stories we’ve ever brought “Out in the Open.” Tune in Monday at 8 p.m. ET.

I’ll translate this from Mediasprack into English:

Monday’s show

“Discrimination”?! Against atheists? Whoever heard of something so ridiculous! We christians only exude love and compassion, it’s they who discriminate against us, for the Lord’s sake! To be honest, we never thought about this much, it was just supposed to be quirky time-filler; we didn’t realise that so many “people”| would be upset… oops! You see, we didn’t think that anyone would make a big deal about it, I mean, we’re a Christian country, aren’t we? Where do these godless liberal homofags get off on telling us what’s what? Anyway, it’s good for the advertisers, and it’s sure as hell as one of the most controversial stories we’ve ever accidentally brought “Out in the Open.”

Tune in Monday at 8 p.m. ET to make sure that my ratings go through the roof! Yeehaa!

Please correct me if I’m wrong in any of my translation.

Oh, and could someone let me know when it’s on YouTube? We only get EuroCNN over here, and it’s nowhere near as rabid interesting as the USA version.

Ellen Johnson did a crappy job. I’ll be posting about it soon. The video is up on Youtube and a few other places now.
