I think that those that have accused the teacher might have been some extremists. I visited The Emma Academy Project and they will be building a school there in Leer, Sudan.

The whole thing is insane. It is made even more insane by the way UK (for example) Islamic groups pussy-foot around calling the Sudanese cleric madmen.
